Shipping & Delivery
- We deliver to colleges in Odisha.
- Pieces are delivered together to your drop's organiser on campus, free.
- Delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days after the deadline.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver only to colleges and campuses in Odisha. Home delivery to individual members is not available yet.
How delivery works
After the deadline, if the drop reached its minimum, we send the size list to our printer. We check the first piece, then print the full order. All pieces for a drop are packed together, labelled with each member's name and size, and delivered to the organiser or an agreed collection point on campus.
How long it takes
Usually 7 to 14 days after the order deadline. We send WhatsApp updates when printing starts, when the order is dispatched and when it's delivered.
Delivery charges
None. Delivery to your campus is included in the price.
Collecting your piece
Collect your piece from the organiser. Unclaimed pieces are held for 30 days after delivery.
Delays and damage
If a delay happens, we'll tell you why and give a new date. If your piece arrives damaged or wrong, see Refunds & Cancellations.
